Aslan and Crayons

As we have been reading through Narnia, our projects tend to reflect the world we're finding there. We wanted to try melting crayon wax for art and we needed to do a 'report' reflecting recent reading. This is what we came up with. 

First we drew lion faces and masked them off with tape.

We made crayon shavings from 'lion color' crayons in the extra crayon basket and then experimented with affixing them around the lion's face.
